Kruger Park

There are also mountain bike and 4-wheel drive trials and golfing, and caving can be done in, or very close to, the park itself. The Panorama Route

On the Panorama route at Hazyview on the Sabie River, all the great river adventure activities can be experienced like riding the rapids in between great scenic sightings with River rafting and White water tubing.

In the same area you can have the Quad biking experience of a lifetime through the bushveld and freely glide over one of the last remaining natural forested valleys on the aerial cable trail!

You can take hikes to experience spectacular scenic beauty at God’s window and the Three Rondavels or go where the landscape is spectacularly displayed at Bourke’s Luck Potholes. Of course helicopter flips over such incredibly beautiful scenic areas is a favourite here too.

Graskop

At Graskop, a favourite quaint little village town in Mpumalanga, you can view the stunning landscape from a breathtaking height at the Graskop Gorge Lift. It descends 51m and opens its doors on to luscious greenery and a 600m suspended waterfall trail. Wherever there are gorges there is another favourite too – bungee jumping!

Limpopo

The Limpopo stretches from the Limpopo River in the far north to the Blyde River Canyon in the south and also offers a myriad of action adventure attractions. The rolling hills, mountain gorges and clear streams of the Limpopo make Horseback riding a favourite here. With a lot of forestry, there is also ‘canopy’ action, which is basically sliding along zip lines high above the ground between connected platforms.

Hot air balloons regularly take off from Hoedspruit and make their way to Blyde River Canyon, where the spectacular beauty of the canyon is only surpassed for adventure lovers by ‘Canyoning.’ This is essentially the activity of moving through a canyon by walking, scrambling, rope-assisted activities, climbing, tubing or swimming. Pretty hectic and sometimes heart stopping stuff!
