Kruger National Park

The world-renowned Kruger National Park is the largest game reserve in South Africa and is definitely one of the must-visit destinations in South Africa. This is a wildlife sanctuary like no other, offering magical unpredictability and endless wilderness that is the true quality of Africa. This is the land of baobabs, fever trees, knob thorns, marula and mopane trees underneath which lurk the Big Five, and more species of mammals and birds than any other African Game Reserve.

Cape Town

Cape Town, nicknamed the Mother City, is arguably one of the most beautiful cities in the world offering an all-in-one adventure with beautiful beaches, breath-taking landscapes, award-winning wineries and mouth-watering cuisine. Here you’ll also find the renowned Table Mountain, one of the newly proclaimed natural wonders of the world.

Victoria Falls

The Victoria Falls constitutes one of the most spectacular natural wonders of the world and is a must-visit site for any traveler. The local people call it "Mosi-oa-Tunya", the smoke that thunders and the Zambezi River and its epic waterfall forms the border between Zambia and Zimbabwe. The Victoria falls is 1 708 meters wide, making it the largest curtain of water in the world. Besides the Falls, the Zambezi River and the National Parks in the vicinity of the Falls offers visitors a range of adrenaline and leisure-based activities.

Day to Day Itinerary

Day 1 :

From Johannesburg board a direct flight to Hoedspruit, your gateway to Kruger. You will be met by your Jewel of Africa Safaris tour guide who will transfer you to Phelwana Game Lodge.

Check in to your luxury tent or bush villa and enjoy a late lunch and drinks before you meet with your ranger for your first safari drive in the Phelwana Private Game Reserve. During this drive, you can expect to see giraffe, buffalo, zebra, wildebeest and impala to name but a few.

Return to camp after sunset, freshen up and enjoy a freshly prepared dinner under the African night sky.

Day 2 :

We depart early today for a morning game drive in the Manyeleti Private Game Reserve.

This 23,000-hectare private game reserve borders directly to the vast Kruger National Park, as well as the famous Sabi Sands and Timbavati Game Reserves. As such, you can be absolutely sure to only experience the best game viewing possible.

We return to the lodge at around 11am for lunch and to relax before our second safari starts at 3pm.

We will be back at camp at around 7pm and you will have the opportunity to freshen up before dinner is served.

Day 3 :

After breakfast, depart with your guide on a guided tour of the Panorama Route, a winding road traversing the end of the impressive Drakensberg Mountain Range.

✓ Lisbon Waterfalls and the Berlin Waterfalls are two beautiful falls with an interesting history.

✓ The Blyde River Canyon is the third largest canyon in the world and the biggest all-green canyon in the world.

✓ Bourke's Luck Potholes is where two rivers meet and a truly spectacular sight!
